Step 1 · Starter Bundles

Get launched with one fixed price.

Fixed price, fixed scope — the entry point for a new client. Each bundle bundles onboarding, an initial build, and a hypercare window at roughly 20–25% below à la carte, then transitions to its matching Lifeline tier.


Step 2 · The Lifeline

Ongoing support, billed per user.

Recurring managed support, billed per user per month on a 12-month minimum term. It scales automatically as your headcount changes — new seats are added at the tier rate, never re-quoted.

The Lifeline carries a 12-month minimum term, billed monthly.

Prepay & save 10%

Annual prepayment reduces the Lifeline per-user rate by 10%.

Grow without re-quotes

New users are added at the prevailing tier rate — no re-quote on growth.

Bundle savings

Bundles are priced roughly 20–25% below the equivalent scope bought à la carte.

Full-rate projects

Project work performed outside a bundle is billed at full rate.

Enterprise scoped

Teams over ~75 users and bespoke statements of work are scoped individually.
